Job Summary
Seeking a remote Pega Data Integration Engineer with AI-enablement experience, the full-time position focuses on designing and implementing data pipelines and service integrations to support anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows for an enterprise Department of Veterans Affairs solution.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines and integration patterns for Pega workflows and AI-assisted reporting
- Integrate AI/ML and NLP services through secure APIs while maintaining data governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, explainability, and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise integration, or API development
- Hands-on experience with integrating AI/ML services into enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and secure service integration
- Experience with SQL and at least one programming language such as Java or Python
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
