Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pega Developer (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software using the Pega platform to support a large-scale IT system as part of an Agile SAFe delivery team
• Complete Pega development stories and tasks within each sprint, collaborating with solution architects and Business Analysts
• Provide guidance to junior developers through training, code reviews, and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in an Engineering discipline or related field with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC v7.x+ application development
• Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience
• Expertise beyond the Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) level; Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and full PRPC implementation cycles
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration tools, and CI/CD pipelines for Pega deployment
