Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing survey operations, the full-time remote Pega Developer Analyst will manage survey onboarding, customer communications, and operational reporting while coordinating system integrations and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage survey onboarding, setup, and rollover activities to ensure accurate and timely launches
• Support CRM-driven customer engagement initiatives and improve respondent experiences across communication channels
• Develop and maintain operational reports and performance metrics to track survey activity and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, CRM platforms, or survey management programs
• Experience managing complex business processes and cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating reports and operational metrics
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced operational environments
