Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze current computer systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document system requirements
Support validation activities and troubleshoot system-related issues to ensure alignment with business expectations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT leadership and architecture, specializing in Pega and Java
Certified as a Business Architect with the Lead Business Architect designation
Proven experience in IT management roles, preferably as a contractor
Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science or a related field
Knowledgeable in Pega, Object Oriented Programming, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
