Pega Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Pega Lead Software Engineer, the role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale workflow and AI solutions while mentoring development teams and establishing technical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using the Pega Platform
- Serve as the technical lead for complex Pega implementations across multiple business domains
- Mentor and coach developers on Pega best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using the Pega Platform
- Strong experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and AI capabilities
- Experience integrating Pega with enterprise applications using REST APIs and cloud platforms
