Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pega Platform Administrator to support platform administration and operational readiness for an enterprise Pega-based SaaS modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and monitor Pega platform environments for enterprise SaaS implementation and operations
  • Support environment readiness, user provisioning, role-based permission management, and audit reporting
  • Monitor application performance, prepare system health reports, and coordinate incident management activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of experience in platform administration, application administration, or production support
  • Experience with Pega applications or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with user access administration, RBAC, and operational support practices
  • Practical understanding of system performance monitoring and root cause analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
