Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pega Platform Administrator to support platform administration and operational readiness for an enterprise Pega-based SaaS modernization effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor Pega platform environments for enterprise SaaS implementation and operations
- Support environment readiness, user provisioning, role-based permission management, and audit reporting
- Monitor application performance, prepare system health reports, and coordinate incident management activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in platform administration, application administration, or production support
- Experience with Pega applications or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with user access administration, RBAC, and operational support practices
- Practical understanding of system performance monitoring and root cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
