Pega Platform Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Pega Platform Systems Administrator, the full-time position will manage platform administration, access, monitoring, and operational documentation for Pega environments supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer Pega production and non-production environments, ensuring readiness and configuration settings
- Monitor application health, performance, and database behavior using Pega and enterprise tools
- Support release deployments, rollback readiness, and maintain operational documentation and audit logs
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in application, platform, cloud, or systems administration, with hands-on support of Pega or similar platforms
- Experience with environment administration, user provisioning, and role-based access management
- Working knowledge of Pega Diagnostic Center, background processing, and performance diagnostics
- Experience supporting release deployment, patching, and operational documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
