Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pega Practice Lead for a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical thought leadership for the Pega Practice
Conduct Pega integration and architectural designs
Lead a team of Developers to create accelerators and improve delivery and quality for clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience
5+ years of Pega experience as a Lead System Architect or Senior System Architect
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across teams, especially at the C-suite level
