Job Summary

Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing Pega technology, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage onshore and offshore teams while focusing on business process management and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration, testing, and bug fixing of service code
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and stakeholder communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in IT project management
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Understanding of the Pega Platform (PRPC) and BPM practices
• Pega certification (e.g., Certified Pega Business Architect or System Architect) is a plus
