Job Summary

Leading requirements gathering and supporting system design, the remote contract Pega Systems Analyst focused on healthcare claims will assist with testing, implementation, and process efficiencies while developing use cases and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and assist with system design for healthcare claims
• Support testing and implementation processes, developing use cases and documentation
• Identify process efficiencies and opportunities for automation, including dashboard development and reporting enhancements

Required qualifications

• Experience with Pega and claims operations, including Edifecs/portal intake and balancing
• Familiarity with healthcare payer environments such as Anthem, Beacon Health Options, or ValueOptions
• Strong skills in inbound claims processing and SQL
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
