Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and deliver high-quality customer-facing Pendo content
• Serve as the Pendo subject matter expert, utilizing analytics to drive adoption

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Pendo content development or related fields
• Strong expertise in Pendo Engage + Adopt
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with Jira or CMS tools
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple projects
