Pendo Content Developer

Job Summary

To enhance user experience and drive customer success, the full-time remote Pendo Content Developer will create and manage in-app messages, walkthrough guides, and other content using the Pendo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, test, and deliver high-quality Pendo content for customer-facing applications
• Serve as the Pendo subject matter expert, utilizing analytics to drive product adoption
• Train internal teams and clients on Pendo best practices and workflows

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Pendo content development, product marketing, or customer success
• Strong expertise in Pendo Engage + Adopt and excellent writing/editing skills
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with Jira or CMS tools
