Penetration Tester

Job Summary

To support various Commercial and Federal consulting services projects, the part-time remote Penetration Tester will conduct penetration tests, report on results, and provide improvement recommendations while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complete penetration tests and provide detailed reports with improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting services and remove project roadblocks
• Manage all aspects of consulting projects, including requirements analysis, resource planning, and customer relationship management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in penetration testing
• Desired certifications include Security+, CEH, GPEN, OSCP, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and industry best practices for penetration testing
• Proficient with commercial and open-source penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nessus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
