Job Summary

A company is looking for a Penetration Testing Manager to lead a team of penetration testers in assessing security across services, applications, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing technical Penetration Testing Team
• Drive strategic initiatives by influencing leadership and partnering with teams across the organization
• Lead improvements to internal programs and processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical security leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with knowledge of security fundamentals and penetration testing methodologies
• 3+ years of experience driving Information Security initiatives across large organizations
• 3+ years of experience communicating with technical and non-technical partners
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
