Penetration Testing Services Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Penetration Testing Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Penetration Testing Services program, including scoping, planning, execution, and reporting of penetration testing engagements
• Manage a team of penetration testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the testing lifecycle
• Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in penetration testing, with a focus on web applications, network infrastructure, mobile applications, and cloud environments
• Proficient in using penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, and Wireshark
• Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance frameworks, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, or GPEN are highly desirable
