Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Employment Litigation Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Handle day-to-day case management, including drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on overall case strategy and supervision

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of recent employment litigation experience within a law firm environment
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• Experience in both state and federal courts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
• Strong organizational skills and excellent legal writing ability
