Pennsylvania and New Jersey Licensed Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing civil defense litigation team, the remote Pennsylvania and New Jersey Licensed Civil Litigation Attorney will manage all phases of professional liability, general liability, and commercial litigation matters while collaborating with experienced litigators.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and conducting legal research
• Manage discovery processes and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel, providing regular updates and strategic guidance

Required qualifications

• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey required; admission to Federal Courts preferred
• 4 to 5 years of experience in professional liability, general liability, or commercial litigation
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven case management and interpersonal skills
