Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Pennsylvania Certified Staff Appraiser will perform desktop and field appraisal assignments, conduct quality control reviews, and ensure compliance with client-driven standards while working remotely from Delaware County, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements
• Conduct quality control reviews on complex valuation reports and handle escalations
• Assist with valuation projects and troubleshoot issues with field appraisers and lender clients

Required qualifications

• Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation
• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
• Experience appraising a broad range of property types
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
• Ability to work independently and commit to quality appraisal development
