Pennsylvania HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR Generalist services including onboarding, employee relations, and policy management
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team on hiring and position updates
• Conduct employee exit interviews and assist with benefits-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong HRIS experience, preferably with UKG
• Experience with internal investigations and corrective actions
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
