Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial/actuarial engagements for a portfolio of clients and manage resources on complex projects
• Guide teams on cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies while ensuring technical accuracy on client projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting/actuarial roles
• Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and services, including big data analytic techniques
• Expertise in cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects and expand client relationships
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining; relevant financial experience or degree preferred
