Pennsylvania Licensed AI Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Data Scientist Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and manage the AI Platform team
• Gather requirements and design production-grade AI architectures for clinical and operational domains
• Oversee team management, including career development and performance evaluation for direct reports

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, ML engineering, or AI solution architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience designing production ML/AI systems end-to-end
• Strong fluency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in Databricks and cloud-native ML infrastructure
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA) preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required; MS or PhD in a related field preferred
