Job Summary

Focusing on the design and optimization of Epic workflows, the full-time Senior Application Analyst - Pharmacy will support the launch and growth of specialty pharmacy programs, ensuring efficient patient enrollment and outreach processes while working remotely and participating in on-call rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize Epic workflows to enhance patient enrollment in specialty pharmacy programs
• Develop and implement outreach schedules and functionality to track patient engagement
• Provide specialized support to the oncology service line, contributing to operational efficiency and patient care

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university program
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information systems or clinical management systems
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Current Pennsylvania pharmacy license or eligibility for one within the probationary period
• Current Epic certification(s) or willingness to achieve certification within 90 days of testing
