Job Summary
To support the launch and growth of specialty pharmacy programs, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Application Analyst will design and optimize Epic workflows, develop outreach schedules for patient enrollment, and implement tracking functionality, all while working remotely and participating in on-call rotations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize Epic workflows to support patient enrollment into specialty pharmacy programs
- Develop defined outreach schedules that trigger automated follow-ups for patient engagement
- Implement functionality to track outreach attempts and engagement metrics
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information systems or clinical management systems
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university program
- Current Pennsylvania pharmacy license or eligibility for one within the probationary period
- Epic experience strongly preferred, with current Epic certification(s) required or willingness to obtain
- Up-to-date knowledge of drug laws and agency regulations, including DEA, FDA, and OSHA
