Pennsylvania Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support the launch and growth of specialty pharmacy programs, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Application Analyst will design and optimize Epic workflows, develop outreach schedules for patient enrollment, and implement tracking functionality, all while working remotely and participating in on-call rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize Epic workflows to support patient enrollment into specialty pharmacy programs
• Develop defined outreach schedules that trigger automated follow-ups for patient engagement
• Implement functionality to track outreach attempts and engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information systems or clinical management systems
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university program
• Current Pennsylvania pharmacy license or eligibility for one within the probationary period
• Epic experience strongly preferred, with current Epic certification(s) required or willingness to obtain
• Up-to-date knowledge of drug laws and agency regulations, including DEA, FDA, and OSHA
