Job Summary
To support the launch and growth of specialty pharmacy programs, the full-time Senior Application Analyst - Ambulatory will design and optimize Epic workflows, develop outreach schedules, and implement tracking functionality while working remotely and participating in on-call rotations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize Epic workflows to enhance patient enrollment in specialty programs
- Develop outreach schedules that trigger automated follow-ups and track engagement
- Support the EPIC Beacon Team in improving operational efficiency and patient care
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university program
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information systems or clinical management systems
- Current Epic certification(s) or willingness to achieve certification within 90 days
- Valid Pennsylvania pharmacy license or eligibility for one within the probationary period
- Advanced training or master's degree in information services strongly preferred
