Job Summary
Managing portfolios of non-performing residential and commercial loans, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Asset Manager will focus on loss mitigation, compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to minimize losses and improve recovery outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate loss mitigation and loan workout options, including modifications and repayment plans
- Manage loans involved in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation by collaborating with attorneys and internal teams
- Prepare portfolio reporting and status updates while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and regulations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in asset management, loss mitigation, and related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Currently NMLS licensed or eligible to obtain licensing
- Strong understanding of mortgage servicing and default management practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and decision making
