Pennsylvania Licensed Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel who will support legal and investigative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters and collaborate with outside counsel on strategy
• Manage regulatory exams, inquiries, and customer complaint investigations
• Develop and deliver training programs on legal topics

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar of at least one state and eligibility for PA bar's Limited In-House Corporate General License
• 8-10 years of experience in compliance/legal background within insurance, securities, or financial services
• Experience managing corporate investigations and interacting with regulatory bodies
• Litigation experience, including federal and state insurance litigation
