Pennsylvania Licensed Assistant Nursing Manager

Job Summary

To support nursing staff in a remote capacity, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Assistant Nursing Manager will provide on-call support, oversee performance management, and ensure continuity of care while working from home during scheduled hours of 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-call support to nursing staff, ensuring effective triage for health-related concerns
• Oversee performance management, including conducting interviews and participating in hiring and termination decisions
• Assist in maintaining 24/7 RN coverage and manage healthcare monitoring dashboards

Required qualifications

• Current/active U.S. Pennsylvania State RN licensure
• Compact RN license or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire (for internal applicants)
• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting within the U.S
• Preferred experience in IDD group home and supervisory roles
• Must reside in one of the following states: PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, VA, or FL
