Job Summary
To support a growing litigation practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing case strategies and collaborating with a high-performing legal team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Mentor junior attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of Pennsylvania
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
