Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney- PA Bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents and demand letters
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions
• Ensure internal systems are updated with findings, documentation, and recommendations while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor degree
• Bar membership in Pennsylvania
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
