Job Summary
Managing a full caseload of civil litigation matters, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney in Insurance Defense will independently handle cases from inception through resolution in a primarily remote environment, with required court appearances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a full caseload of insurance defense matters from intake through resolution
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with an assigned paralegal to ensure effective case management and administrative support
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 5+ years of civil litigation experience, specifically in insurance defense
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
