Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

To provide legal counsel in a collaborative environment, the remote Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney will support organizations in investigating and responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents while participating in a rotating on-call schedule for crisis management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze information to understand the scope of cybersecurity incidents
• Engage and direct experts for appropriate investigation and response to events
• Communicate with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and third parties while advising clients throughout the investigation process

Required qualifications

• Membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
• 1 to 8 years of experience, preferably in data privacy, healthcare, or regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage an independent caseload
• Curiosity to learn more about cybersecurity law
