Job Summary
To provide legal counsel in a collaborative environment, the remote Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney will support organizations in investigating and responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents while participating in a rotating on-call schedule for crisis management.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze information to understand the scope of cybersecurity incidents
- Engage and direct experts for appropriate investigation and response to events
- Communicate with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and third parties while advising clients throughout the investigation process
Required qualifications
- Membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
- 1 to 8 years of experience, preferably in data privacy, healthcare, or regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage an independent caseload
- Curiosity to learn more about cybersecurity law
