Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney will conduct comprehensive reviews of loan documents and financials, draft pleadings, and ensure compliance with foreclosure and bankruptcy regulations, with the option to work remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents and demand letters
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions
• Ensure internal systems are updated with findings, documentation, and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Bar membership in Pennsylvania
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse team
