Pennsylvania Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel (Contracts).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counseling to support various departments and business operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of contracts and legal documents
• Assist in managing the organization's intellectual property portfolio and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for reciprocity
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience
• Familiarity with corporate policy making and data privacy laws (preferred)
• Understanding of non-profit governance and web accessibility standards (preferred)
