Job Summary
Supporting lead project managers in delivering efficient permitting outcomes, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Project Manager will conduct permit research, assist in preparing permit plans, and collaborate with city staff, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in conducting permit research and preparing permit plans with high accuracy
- Collaborate with city staff on permit nuances and monitor permit status for timely responses
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance the software platform
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management
- Experience in applying for and obtaining construction permits
- Strong research skills for accurate permit requirements
- Ability to interface with city staff and navigate administrative processes
- Proactive problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
