Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Attorney to provide legal assistance to nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents including contracts and grant agreements
• Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
• Manage multiple client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and expectations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in nonprofit law and/or corporate law is essential
• Demonstrated interest in serving nonprofit organizations through pro bono work or volunteerism
