Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time Attorney to serve nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents
• Research relevant laws and analyze documents for mergers and other legal matters
• Manage multiple client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Mandatory license to practice law in Pennsylvania; additional state licenses preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in nonprofit law or corporate law, particularly in corporate transactional law
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusivity in practice
