Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Attorney to provide legal services to nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents including contracts and policies
• Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
• Manage multiple client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the U.S., with mandatory licensure in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience serving nonprofit organizations, including pro bono or volunteer work
• Background in nonprofit law or corporate law, particularly in transactional matters
• Comfortable with diversity and inclusion in legal practice
