Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time experienced Attorney to represent nonprofit organizations as general counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various documents for nonprofit clients
• Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit operations and compliance
• Manage multiple client projects, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong interest and experience in serving nonprofit organizations
• Experience in nonprofit law and/or corporate law, particularly in corporate transactional matters
• Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment
