Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Attorney to provide legal assistance to nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit governance and compliance
• Manage multiple client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong interest and experience in serving nonprofit organizations
• Experience in nonprofit law and/or corporate law, particularly in corporate transactional matters
• Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment
