Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time Attorney to serve nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents
• Research applicable laws and analyze documents for mergers and other legal matters
• Manage multiple client projects while communicating timelines and budget expectations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the U.S., with a mandatory license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant law experience, particularly with nonprofit organizations
• Experience in nonprofit law and/or corporate law, especially in corporate transactional matters
• Demonstrated commitment to serving diverse communities and understanding of related legal issues
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
