Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice focused on nonprofit organizations, a full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney will provide legal assistance by reviewing and drafting documents, managing client projects, and researching relevant laws while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents including contracts and grant agreements
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while communicating timelines and budget expectations
- Research and analyze federal, state, and local laws related to nonprofit governance and compliance
Required qualifications
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in nonprofit or corporate law
- Strong interest in serving nonprofit organizations through pro bono work or volunteerism
- Experience with corporate transactional law and familiarity with federal and state taxation
- Additional state licenses (e.g., DC, DE, NJ, NY, MD) are preferred
