Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice focused on nonprofit organizations, a full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney will provide legal assistance by reviewing and drafting documents, managing client projects, and researching relevant laws while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents including contracts and grant agreements
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while communicating timelines and budget expectations
  • Research and analyze federal, state, and local laws related to nonprofit governance and compliance
Required qualifications
  • J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in nonprofit or corporate law
  • Strong interest in serving nonprofit organizations through pro bono work or volunteerism
  • Experience with corporate transactional law and familiarity with federal and state taxation
  • Additional state licenses (e.g., DC, DE, NJ, NY, MD) are preferred
