Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, a part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney will provide legal assistance to nonprofit organization clients, managing client matters remotely while reviewing and drafting documents, conducting legal research, and collaborating with colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents including contracts and grant agreements
• Conduct research on federal, state, and local laws related to nonprofit governance and compliance
• Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely communication and adherence to project timelines and budgets

Required qualifications

• J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in nonprofit or corporate law
• Strong interest and experience in serving nonprofit organizations
• Experience with corporate transactional law and familiarity with taxation issues preferred
• Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment, reflecting the values of the firm
