Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, a full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney will provide legal assistance to nonprofit organizations by drafting and reviewing documents, managing client projects, and conducting legal research, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents, including contracts and grant agreements
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while communicating directly with clients to meet their needs
- Research and analyze federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
Required qualifications
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, with good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in nonprofit or corporate law
- Demonstrated interest in serving nonprofit organizations through pro bono work or volunteerism
- Experience with corporate transactional law and familiarity with taxation issues
- Comfortable with diversity and inclusion in alignment with the firm's values
