Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney will provide legal assistance to nonprofit organizations, managing client matters and collaborating with colleagues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents including contracts and grant agreements
- Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit governance and compliance
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while communicating directly with clients to meet their legal needs
Required qualifications
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in nonprofit or corporate law
- Demonstrated interest in serving nonprofit organizations through pro bono work or volunteerism
- Experience with corporate transactional law and complex contracts, with familiarity in taxation preferred
