Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney will provide legal assistance to nonprofit organizations, managing client matters and collaborating with colleagues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents including contracts and grant agreements
• Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit governance and compliance
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while communicating directly with clients to meet their legal needs

Required qualifications

• J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in nonprofit or corporate law
• Demonstrated interest in serving nonprofit organizations through pro bono work or volunteerism
• Experience with corporate transactional law and complex contracts, with familiarity in taxation preferred
• Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment, reflecting the values of the firm
