Job Summary
To support a growing nonprofit-focused legal practice, a part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney will provide legal assistance to nonprofit organization clients, managing client matters and collaborating with colleagues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and finalize various legal documents, including contracts and grant agreements
- Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
- Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely communication and adherence to budget expectations
Required qualifications
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in nonprofit or corporate law
- Demonstrated interest in serving nonprofit organizations through pro bono work or volunteerism
- Experience with corporate transactional law and familiarity with taxation issues preferred
- Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment, reflecting the values of the firm
