Pennsylvania Licensed Authorization Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Authorization Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the registration process, financial setup, and eligibility checking for consumers while ensuring timely entry of authorizations and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to facilitate efficient entry of authorizations and consumer registrations
• Communicate regularly with management and staff regarding relevant information and feedback related to programs and processes
• Perform quality control verification on authorizations and manage consumer registration and eligibility verification tasks

Required qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of clerical and previous insurance experience required
• H.S. Diploma or GED; Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to multitask in a high-paced job environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
