Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions for relief from the automatic stay and prepare secured creditor proofs of claims
• Certify and ensure timely updates of the Firm's systems of record
• Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and other firm members

Required Qualifications

• Bar License in the state of Pennsylvania (Required)
• More than eight (8) years of experience in civil litigation or equivalent experience
• Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA
• Experience in appellate practice is a plus
• Multiple bar licenses are advantageous
