Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote behavioral services to K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
• Provide remote consultation and support to parents, teachers, and school teams on implementing behavior interventions

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 students on IEPs (teletherapy experience is a plus)
• A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace
