Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavior Analyst- BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) in collaboration with clients, families, and service providers
• Implement and review rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)
• PA License as a Psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
• Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
