Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients and families
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements while providing direct care services

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling
• Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or behavior specialist
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
• Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
